Lil' L.E.A.F.   

Learning can be fun for your Lil' ones this summer. Join us at Sholom Park for this educational summer series for children ages 4-10 (recommended) on the first Thursday of each month during the summer break. Special guest speakers, educators, instructors, and coaches make outdoor learning fun with an interactive and educational experience that will activate the minds of your lil' ones. Registration is required for each child participating. The registration fee includes a snack and story time, plus a special summertime treat at the end. Parents/Grandparents must be in attendance and are encouraged to participate in the fun.

When registering- register the child(ren) who are participating. Each child will need to be registered independently with his/her own account.

June's topic- Get moving with Coach Cammy Dennis, and Coach Jessica Pinkowski.  Learn how to activate your child’s senses while exploring the great outdoors and motivate their motor skills with activities that feel more like fun than fitness.  

July- Sprouts & Sprigs Gardening for Kids with UF/IFAS Florida Landscape Agent Amanda Marek, and Horticultura Agent Jeremy Rhoden

August- Critters & Creatures Wildife Adventures with UF/IFAS Agricultural Natural Resource Agent Maxine Hunter
