Based on Jon Kabat-Zinn's "Full Catastrophe Living. Using the Wisdom of Your Body and Mind to Face Stress, Pain and Illness" participants will receive an orientation to the philosophy, attitudes and specifics of mindfulness. You will learn how to reduce stress and increase relaxation, connect more to your environment as well as your own mental and spiritual internal world. Wear comfortable loose-fitting clothing.
