Permission must be granted by MTP prior to registration for younger participants for all classes, except Ageless Adventures. Ch-Ch-Ch Chia   

Chia seeds offer many great nutritional benefits. Chia seeds are a concentrated source of healthy omega-3 fats, carbohydrates, protein, fiber, antioxidants and calcium. If you want to learn more about chia seeds, find ways to incorporate chia seeds into your diet, and sample several delicious chia dishes, then you will want to register for this hands-on class. In this hands-on class we will prepare several yummy dishes made with chia seeds. Note: There is a $13 ingredients fee payable to the instructor the day of class.
