Mind and Motion - Parkinson's Education and Support for Patients and Caregivers   

If you or a loved one have been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease you would appreciate this monthly class. The class is made up of a Patient and Caregiver Support session followed by an educational program.

Due to facility requirements, registration for Patients and Caregivers are required for each date.  Please note that there is a maximum enrollment for this support group.  If you have registered and you realize you will be unable to attend please contact MTP to have your name removed from the roster so that your seat is available to another attendee.  If the maximum enrollment is reached and you are not registered, you will not be allowed to attend.
