Motivating and Leading Volunteers   

Whether leading a club, a non-profit or a religious organization, being able to lead and motivate volunteers is essential to success. This highly-interactive three-part course focuses on the rewards and challenges of leading volunteers and helps to develop the "servant leadership" skills needed to engage and retain your organization's volunteers.

o Creating and communicating a vision, mission and plan to accomplish your organization's goals
