Gratitude Adjustment
Most of us are aware of the power and value of an "attitude of gratitude." Yet, many of us get so consumed in the busy-ness of everyday life and sometimes forget to cultivate an attitude of gratitude and sincere appreciation.
Cultivating gratitude is a technique that requires very little effort and can improve the quality of your relationships, contribute to your happiness, improve your health, help you be more optimistic and increase your productivity.
Come to this class and experience a "gratitude adjustment" as you learn several techniques to harness the power of gratitude and appreciation.
