Generational Family Patterns: Identifying & Reconciling Trauma
Where did you come from? In this course you will learn how family behaviors, values, beliefs and so much more are passed down among generations, for better or worse. You will learn how this happens environmentally and genetically in my presentation, and how our personal history and the times our families grew up in impact all subsequent generations. You will then use a personal genogram to diagram and decipher how three generations of your family history have impacted your in your life. You will document the individuals in your family system, their stories, experiences, heartaches and successes. Come explore how this has impacted you, and what you can do to help yourself heal from family wounds, and pass down family treasures.
