Documents Needed for Estate Planning
In order to accomplish proper planning for your Estate, there are certain documents that should be in place. These include a will, durable power of attorney, and an advance directive. Frequently, but not always, a Trust should be another document. However, there are other estate planning documents that might be just as helpful to have.
