30 Days to Being Happier
Have you felt it’s been harder or just not possible to experience true lasting happiness? Or have you wondered why some people seem to be happy for no apparent reason? Well, for the first time in history, science has cracked the happiness code – we actually know what it takes to be happy! This workshop will share exciting findings in happiness research and also explain and practice 21 happiness habits and associated tools that will support and increase happiness.
Covering 21 Happiness Habits may seem like a lot and reinforcing new habits takes time, so let’s spread the fun over 4 weekly sessions. Each week we’ll cover a few new habits and select some tools for practice that week. Come to learn, have fun, and be prepared to leave happier.
