Amendments to Florida's Constitution 2024
Legislatively proposed amendments, citizen initiative amendments will be on November's ballot, dealing with issues ranging from recreational marijuana, maintaining the right to hunt and fish in Florida, changing homestead and tangible tax exemptions, making school board elections partisan, and abortion. The amendments all have an impact on Florida and on you directly. Hear the arguments both for and against each of the proposals.
