Whole Food Plant Based Cooking   

Enroll in this hands-on cooking class and learn how to eat a whole food plant-based diet, develop healthy habits for optimal health, and nourish your body with whole food nutrition! In this class we'll explore the rich array of healthy and delicious foods that are available to you to choose from. Join us and learn how to make healthy whole food plant-based eating quick, easy, delicious and nutritious (all dishes are both gluten free and dairy free).
