Available 24/7 from registration until the end of the term, this on-demand course features recorded lectures by Trese Ryzan Ross on managing stress through mindfulness and meditation. Manage Stress with Everyday Mindfulness teaches practical tools to live intentionally, reduce stress, and cultivate well-being. Meditation Demystified: Practicing Inner Stillness offers simple techniques to start or sustain a meditation practice. Pre-recorded courses are published online. After registering for the class, students receive login information to view the course recording at any time from a web browser via the internet. Students may watch the recording any number of times until the expiration date of the course (usually at the end of the term). Instructor handouts, when provided, may be downloaded from the recording playback. Instructors may also opt to provide for questions to be submitted and answered by email. This course is delivered via the Internet. The course link and instructions will appear on the order receipt. An electronic device with internet connection is required.
