Wines of Mediterranean France   

Southern French wines deliver a flavor profile highly sought after by consumers and widely copied by global wine makers. Wine styles range from light roses to potent Rhone blends. Grapes used for these wines are indigenous to the area. This seminar will highlight the uniqueness of "vin Méditerranéen" and we will sample a variety of wines that characterize its style.

Note: Must be 21 or older to register for this class. Students must bring a wine glass to the class, and are encouraged to bring a pen or pencil and a notebook.

This course will include a tasting of up to eight 1.5-ounce tastings of various wines. All registered participants are fully aware alcohol will be distributed in the classroom for possible consumption and will accept full responsibility for transportation to and from the classroom.
