It's a Rosé World   

A favorite for summertime quaffing, Rosé wines are also exceptionally versatile. Food partnerships can include seafood, BBQ beef, even dark chocolate. This session will investigate Rosés made in a variety of countries, using a diverse selection of grape types. Let's view the world from  Rosé colored glasses.

Note: Students must be 21 or older and bring a wine glass to the class.

This course will include a tasting of up to eight 1.5-ounce tastings of various wines. All registered participants are fully aware alcohol will be distributed in the classroom for possible consumption and will accept full responsibility for transportation to and from the classroom.
