Children's Names on a Deed-What Should We Do About That
Children!! We love ‘em and we want to protect them. But should we put their names on the deed to our homes or on our bank or brokerage accounts? Hint: Maybe not wise for you to do. Attorneys Jerry Colen, Rachel Wagoner and John Beck will be with us to discuss whether we should add someone's name(s) to the various assets we own.
