Value Wines of Bordeaux
Finding Bordeaux wines priced in the stratosphere is easy.....but can we discover worthy bottlings at $20 or less? Value priced wines from Bordeaux exist and we will explore how a $20/bottle or less goal can be achieved with quality to boot! A tasting of wines from various Bordeaux communes will validate our discovery. Parfait!Note: Must be 21 or older to register for this class. Students must bring a wine glass to the class, and are encouraged to bring a pen or pencil and a notebook.
This course will include a tasting of up to eight 1.5-ounce tastings of various wines. All registered participants are fully aware alcohol will be distributed in the classroom for possible consumption and will accept full responsibility for transportation to and from the classroom.
