The frame drum is a unique percussion instrument with a rich cultural heritage. Across the world, they have played an essential role in music, cultural expression and ceremony. Historically it was women who played this drum. Introduction to the frame drum, drum strokes, techniques, rhythms and drum songs. No experience required, and frame drums are provided. Please meet at Sholom Park, bring a chair.

If class is cancelled by the participant because of COVID positive results, there will still be a processing fee incurred by the participant.
