Seated Ultra-Beginners Chair Yoga   

Going to a chair yoga class can be intimidating, especially if the participant is new to yoga, has physical limitations, or isn't the most coordinated person around. This class is designed specifically for the true beginner and is fully seated for the duration of the class. Every pose is broken down step-by-step from body alignment, to gaze, to breath. Hands-on adjustments and demonstrations of modification of poses, as well as using tools, props, blankets, etc. can make every pose accessible to every type of body. 

Note: Please bring a bottle of water and a hand towel to class. No yoga mat is needed.
