Seated Ultra-Beginners Chair Yoga   

Chair yoga can feel intimidating if you’re new to yoga, managing physical limitations, or unsure about coordination. This welcoming class is designed especially for true beginners and is fully seated throughout, providing a safe and supportive way to get started.

Each movement is taught step-by-step, focusing on proper alignment, breathing, and gentle modifications. Demonstrations, optional hands-on guidance, and the use of props such as straps, blocks, and blankets help make every pose comfortable and accessible for all body types and abilities.
