T'ai Chi Chih, Joy Thru Movement: Intermediate NEW!
This class is for students wishing to go deeper and improve their practice of the 19 movements. A few of the movements from the advanced form of T'ai Chi Chih, called Seijaku, will be taught. We will also reflect on some writings of Justin Stone (the originator of T'ai Chi Chih) from his book, Spiritual Odyssey.
