Wines of Sicily and Sardinia    NEW!

The two major Italian islands produce wines with character unique to their region, largely due to the use of obscure grape types and generations of traditional winemaking practices.  This session will explore wines made with their regional grape varieties. Be prepared for a savory tasting experience.

Note: Students must bring a wine glass to the class, and are encouraged to bring a pen or pencil and a notebook.

This course will include a tasting of up to 8 1.5-ounce tastings of various wines. All registered participants are fully aware alcohol will be distributed in the classroom for possible consumption and will accept full responsibility for transportation to and from the classroom.
