This lecture is on why the insurance companies request inspections and their purpose. It will explain peoples' roles of how to prepare for these inspections. We will talk about roofs, and components of the home. We will explain the inspection process and types of inspections. We will discuss what you should know about how to pass your inspection to get your insurance with maximum savings. An inspection can be invasive, and we want people to be comfortable by preparing them. Some discussion may be on how to prepare your home if you're planning to sell. We will talk a bit on fraud, costs and what you will need so that you don't pay for someone to service you at double the cost.
