Aqua Yoga/Pilates Fusion
Utilizing the heated pool at the Ranch Gym facility we will work on strengthening and stretching the body with pilates and yoga movements in the water. We will use the equipment provided by the gym to enhance the movements and poses in the water. This class is ideal for those individuals with arthritis or those looking for a class consisting of slower more deliberate movements in the water.
