California Pinot Noirs (Premium)    NEW!

Pinot Noir, one of the most sought after wines in the world, thrives in California, where production has ramped up dramatically in the past few decades. This finicky, difficult to grow grape variety will yield complex wines when done correctly. In this session we'll learn about prime "Pinot"  growing regions in California. We'll also taste premium ($25 to $55/bottle) offerings to stoke our palates.

Note: Students must 21 or older and bring a wine glass to the class.

This course will include a tasting of up to eight 1.5-ounce tastings of various wines. All registered participants are fully aware alcohol will be distributed in the classroom for possible consumption and will accept full responsibility for transportation to and from the classroom.
