Argentine vs. Chilean Cabernet   

Both Argentina and Chile are becoming known for quality Cabernet Sauvignon production. This session will investigate the growing environment and its influences on their respective Cabs. We'll also sample their cabs side-by-side to best understand their similarities and differences.

Note: Students must 21 or older and bring a wine glass to the class.

This course will include a tasting of up to eight 1.5-ounce tastings of various wines. All registered participants are fully aware alcohol will be distributed in the classroom for possible consumption and will accept full responsibility for transportation to and from the classroom.
