Painting the World with Watercolor Pencils   

Students will use watercolor pencils and white gel pens on a mixed media spiral-bound tablet to create flowing splashes of color. The images will be teased out with water and brushes then defined using the gel pens. This is an extremely creative process calling on the student's imagination with endless possibilities!!

Note: No previous experience needed. The instructor will provide brushes and water containers. The student will need the following materials:
A set of at lease 24 watercolor pencils
A mixed media spiral bound tablet (9x12)
3 White gel pens
An easel to support the tablet (if you have one)
