The Supreme Court at Work: A Behind-the-Scenes Tour and a Look ahead at the October Term 2024 NEW!
U.S. Constitutional Law professor, Dr. Judithanne McLauchlan, draws on her research and experience working at the U.S. Supreme Court to take participants on a behind-the-scenes tour. She will discuss the history and operation of the Court as well as architectural features of the building. McLauchlan will also discuss elements of judicial strategy, decision-making and constitutional interpretation -- and what to expect during the October 2024 Term.
