Delays, Disabilities, and Possibilities: Understanding Autism Spectrum Disorder and Sensory Processing Disorder NEW!
This course provides an insight into the history and diagnostic process of Autism Spectrum Disorder. The course also examines Sensory Processing Disorder and the impact SPD has on individuals on the Spectrum. This course provides strategies for supporting emotional regulation, communication, and socialization as well as strategies to support the development of positive replacement behaviors. This course provides family members with effective strategies to support their loved one who has been identified with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
