Pilates for Beginners NEW!
Pilates was created in the early 20th century by Joseph Pilates, who called his method 'Contrology'. During this class we will use equipment such as large Swiss balls, small balls, light weights, bands and a mat. We will emphasize core strength, hip strength, glute strength, flexibility, and balance. All fitness levels are invited, must be able to get up and down off the floor. Please bring a small towel and bottle of water. All fitness equipment will be provided. The class will be held at the Ranch Fitness Studio at Circle in the Square

If class is cancelled by the participant because of COVID positive results, there will still be a processing fee incurred by the participant.
