Pilates for Beginners NEW!
Pilates is a low impact exercise suitable for people of all fitness levels. It can be a great way to improve your overall fitness and well-being. Pilates exercises are performed on a mat or standing. Chairs can be used for balance. Please bring a small towel and bottle of water. All fitness equipment will be provided. The class will be held at the Ranch Fitness Studio at Circle in the Square.

If class is cancelled by the participant because of COVID positive results, there will still be a processing fee incurred by the participant.
