Cognitive Motor Training NEW!
Your brain is the control center for every aspect of your life, and it is always changing. A healthy brain allows you to remember, learn, plan and focus with clear and active pursuit! Discover how you can influence healthy brain aging. This workshop will highlight lifestyle factors that play a significant role in brain health and lead you through some fun 'cognitive motor' brain training exercises. Cognitive motor training is when the body is moving and the brain is thinking. This class will incorporate the 'SwitchedOn' brain training app with exercises designed especially for active agers.
