Valpolicella - Premium NEW!
The north eastern wine region of Veneto, is home to one of Italy's iconic wines: Valpolicella. In its basic construction, Valpolicella is forward and fruity, however it can be crafted into a tannic powerhouse and even a decadent dessert wine. Let's explore the range of Valpolicella styles and flavors in this Premium wine class.Note: Students must 21 or older and bring a wine glass to the class.
This course will include a tasting of up to 9 1.5-ounce tastings of various wines. All registered participants are fully aware alcohol will be distributed in the classroom for possible consumption and will accept full responsibility for transportation to and from the classroom.
