Wines for Spring! NEW!
Lecture and tasting of wines ideal for Spring consumption. Let's renew our palates with wines for the season! As we migrate from hearty winter fare, to spring vegetables and lighter main courses, our wine choices should be adjusted accordingly. Explore wines that are ideal for the spring season and follow our passions!
Note: Students must 21 or older and bring a wine glass to the class.
This course will include a tasting of up to 9 1.5-ounce tastings of various wines. All registered participants are fully aware alcohol will be distributed in the classroom for possible consumption and will accept full responsibility for transportation to and from the classroom.
