Beaujolais NEW!
Lecture and tasting of wines from key Beaujolais communes. Situated just south of Burgundy, the Beaujolais wine region has made great quality strides in recent decades. Its wines are fruit-forward and delicious with a wide variety of cuisine. This session will explore wine production methods and sample wines produced in the top communes ("Villages") of Beaujolais. Ce sera fantastique!
Note: Students must 21 or older and bring a wine glass to the class.
This course will include a tasting of up to 9 1.5-ounce tastings of various wines. All registered participants are fully aware alcohol will be distributed in the classroom for possible consumption and will accept full responsibility for transportation to and from the classroom.
