Pinot Noir of California's Central Coast    NEW!

Lecture and Tasting of Premium quality Pinot Noir wines from the Central Coast of California. Some of California's best Pinot Noir wines are produced on the Central Coast of California, between Monterey and Santa Barbara. The wines are elegant and complex with lush fruit characteristics. In this session, we'll investigate the top-growing sub-regions of the Central Coast and sample a premium selection ($20 to $60 per bottle) of Pinot Noir wines.

Note: Students must 21 or older and bring a wine glass to the class.

This course will include a tasting of up to 9 1.5-ounce tastings of various wines. All registered participants are fully aware alcohol will be distributed in the classroom for possible consumption and will accept full responsibility for transportation to and from the classroom.
