Organic Wines    NEW!

Lecture and tasting of Organic Wines. The relatively new category of wines labeled as "Organic" is expanding at a rate of over 10% per year. It's time to discover what differentiates "Organic" wines from the majority of wines we see on store shelves. This session will key in on the details of organic viticulture followed by a tasting of organic wines. Far out!

Note: Students must 21 or older and bring a wine glass to the class.

This course will include a tasting of up to 9 1.5-ounce tastings of various wines. All registered participants are fully aware alcohol will be distributed in the classroom for possible consumption and will accept full responsibility for transportation to and from the classroom.
