"When a man is tired of London, he is tired of life." So said Samuel Johnson, one of the many large and famous personalities who have inhabited the streets of London. From its Roman foundations, through the trials of the Middle Ages to its place as the heart of Empire and becoming a cornerstone of the financial world of today, London has always been a prominent player on the stage of world events. This short course shall take us through its streets and unravel its history, allowing us to explore and enjoy one of the most fascinating places on Earth.
