Exploring Belgian Beers and Ales    NEW!

This course is an introduction to the vast varieties of Belgian beers and ales, such as bruin, lambic, saison, brown ale, gueze, Flanders red, pale ale, and Trappist. The course will be offered twice, with no duplications of samples (yes, there will be samples). The focus will be on the ingredients and processes that make each beer and ale unique.

Note: Students must 21 or older. All registered participants are fully aware alcohol will be distributed in the classroom for possible consumption and will accept full responsibility for transportation to and from the classroom.
