Sculpt What You Feel    NEW!

Sculpt What You Feel is a right-brain, left-brain, hands-on introduction to self-expression through the ‘Art & Craft of Sculpting’. Come create beautiful sculptures while you learn how to express yourself three-dimensionally via: A) MODELING sculpture in soft materials - earth clays, self-hardening resin clays, non-hardening plasticine clays, or non-hardening microcrystalline wax. Or, if you prefer B) CARVING in softer materials: styrofoam, balsa wood, soap stone, alabaster, gypsum, hardened wax, and hardened earth clay. All in various hardnesses. All sculpted via filing and sanding, no hammers and chisels.” The first class is instructional as well as when we each decide what materials to work with - and order them through the instructor. Therefore, the first class is mandatory! Materials and tools to cost between $35-$45, based on materials desired. Please bring $50 cash to first class to purchase materials for 2nd - 4th classes. Wear old clothes or bring an apron.
