Laughter and Longevity
We all know that it is possible to shorten your life and thus decrease longevity, poor nutrition, bad habits, no exercise, stress, etc. The instructor will offer some "blue zone" steps to increase longevity from our Center for Longevity Studies. Plus, since laughter is good for you, promise a solid hour of laughter with his "Signs along the Highways of Life."
