Lecture and tasting of Cabernet Sauvignon wines from California, Chile and Argentina. New World Cab's have a distinct flavor profile, distinguishing them from Cabernet's native region; Bordeaux, France. This session will compare Cab's from California, Chile and Argentina, to identify their similarities and differences. Lecture and tasting of Cabernet wines from California, Chile and Argentina. 

Note: Students must 21 or older and bring a wine glass to the class. 

This course will include a tasting of up to 9 1.5-ounce tastings of various wines. All registered participants are fully aware alcohol will be distributed in the classroom for possible consumption and will accept full responsibility for transportation to and from the classroom.
