Ultra Beginner's Yoga Series   

Starting yoga can feel intimidating- especially if you are new, managing physical limitations, or simply feel a little uncoordinated. This welcoming class is designed especially for true beginners, offering a supportive, judgment-free environment where everyone can learn at their own pace.

Each pose is carefully explained step-by-step, including proper alignment, breathing techniques, and where to focus your gaze. You will learn practical modifications and how to use props such as blocks, straps, and blankets to make every movement comfortable and accessible for your body. Gentle hands-on guidance and clear demonstrations help build confidence as you develop a safe, enjoyable yoga practice.

Note: Participants will also receive access to a guided practice video to support continued learning and confidence-building for two weeks after class.
