Finding affordable, quality Bordeaux reds is challenging, especially under $25 per bottle; however, it can be done! Learn to identify discrete Bordeaux sub-regions that offer excellent value in this target price range. Lecture and testing. 

Note: Students must 21 or older and bring a wine glass to the class. 

This course will include a tasting of up to 9 1.5-ounce tastings of various wines. All registered participants are fully aware alcohol will be distributed in the classroom for possible consumption and will accept full responsibility for transportation to and from the classroom.
