Red Blend Wines    NEW!

The "Red Blend" wine segment continues to grow and has become a major category in the wine market. This session will survey the "Red Blend" landscape to identify key characteristics of this wine style. Lecture and tasting of red wine blends from global producing countries.

Note: Students must 21 or older and bring a wine glass to the class.

This course will include a tasting of up to 9 1.5-ounce tastings of various wines. All registered participants are fully aware alcohol will be distributed in the classroom for possible consumption and will accept full responsibility for transportation to and from the classroom.
