Signature Wines of the World    NEW!

Wine regions' reputations are often associated with wines made from specific "signature" grape varieties. This class will highlight key global wine regions and the wines that make their claim to fame. An exploration of key wine regions and the wine varietals they are best known for. Lecture and testing. 

Note: Students must 21 or older and bring a wine glass to the class.

This course will include a tasting of up to 9 1.5-ounce tastings of various wines. All registered participants are fully aware alcohol will be distributed in the classroom for possible consumption and will accept full responsibility for transportation to and from the classroom.
