Think of a healthy protein and fiber-packed soup . We will create a Vegan black bean, sweet potato, lentil soup with vegetables and spices to ramp up the flavor profile for a delicious and nutritious meal suitable for all palates. Suitable for beginner cooks.
Note: Ingredients are included in the class fee. Students must bring large pot with lid, wooden spoon, chef's knife, and optional cutting board, measuring cups/spoons, peeler, and ladle.
