Aqua Boot Camp is a high-energy workout that combines traditional Boot Camp exercises with the water's resistance for a challenging and effective workout. Thirteen circuits are positioned around the pool and each participant works to complete that circuit before moving on to the next one. This dynamic class will enhance your strength, cardio and endurance to new levels while being gentle on your joints. No swimming skill required, as this is a shallow water class.
