This workshop is designed for those who have previously taken a beginner-stained glass class. Instruction is for the copper foil method. Projects and patterns will be determined during the first class. Project size cannot exceed 16" x 22." Students must either have their own supplies or coordinate with instructor. Must have stained glass experience within the last 3 years. Note: There is a material cost between $25 to $50, depending on which project is chosen by the participant.

This project showcases 2 owls gazing upon their quirky friend hanging upside down on a branch. This class is designed for students with prior experience in stained glass, who must have completed Step 1 suncatcher and Sep 2 Beg. Panel. There will be a material fee per student payable to the instructor the day of class.

Have fun creating a beautiful and unique glass mosaic vase. Many design and color options for you to create your own vase. No experience or supplies needed!

All students will be walked through the entire process of creating an 8"x10" dimensional landscape scene with glass frit. All materials provided by instructor for a materials fee of $45.00. Display stands are NOT included.

 

Do you love plants? The instructor does, she just can't grow them! The solution- make one out of glass! A small 3-leaf ivy plant. Students are required to bring a small 6-inch plant pot with some Styrofoam and ground covering like moss or stones. All other materials will be provided by instructor.

Create a 10 x 10 square plate for your favorite holiday. You will be able to choose to complete a plate for Halloween, Thanksgiving or Christmas.

Create a Halloween scene to place in front of your favorite candle. Each project will be approximately 8" x 8". Glass cutting skills are required for this class. 


 

Create 6 x 10 one of a kind cheese plate with fused glass. Glass cutting skills are helpful but not a requirement for this fun project.

Students may make one large 8" to 9" flower or bowl/dish and/or two smaller 6" flowers or bowls/dishes. Note: There is a supply fee between $35 to $95, depending on project(s), payable to the instructor the day of class.

Create a lovely winter snow scene in glass by decorating a peaceful night time sky with white glass trees. The scene will be contour fused, then slumped into a soft "s" curve shape. Project size is 7" high by 12" long. All materials and fusing glass provided by the instructor.
