Students must either have their own supplies or coordinate with instructor. Must have stained glass experience within the last 3 years.

This course will teach mosaic creative designs using precut colored glass tiles to be applied to a glass globe. When finished, the glass globe will be assembled into an 11 or 12-inch tall metal (brass alloy) lamp base that includes a LED bulb ready to use!

What's Included:

• Choice of laser-cut frame (multiple designs and sizes available: 6" & 12")
• Assortment of crushed glass, glass nuggets, shells, and mix-ins (glitter, mica powders, etc.)
• Art-grade epoxy resin and resin supplies (mixing cups, stir sticks, heat gun/torch for bubbles)
• Acrylic paints or stains to finish/paint the frame if desired
• Transfer/adhesive backing and hanging hardware for window display

In this course, you will make a beautiful exotic lamp using a basic mosaic technique to create a unique Moroccan lamp. You will be using colorful glass tiles on a glass globe then assemble your lamp to take home and enjoy.
