If you don't know how to play bridge but have always wanted to learn, then this is the perfect class for you! There are two rules for the class: let's learn bridge, and let's have fun doing it! Come make new friends and find out why bridge is so much fun to play over the centuries.
Maybe you're already familiar with bridge, but want to brush up on your bidding & playing skills? This class is for you! This course will put more focus on bidding and scoring strategies, cue-bidding, artificial conventions, playing no-trump bids effectively, and much more!
If you are already acquainted with Canasta, Hand and Foot offers an exciting alternative. In this course, we'll begin by covering the fundamental terms and Rules of Play to ensure everyone is on the same page. Once we have the basics down, we'll form groups of four participants and delve into playing the game. To participate, please bring along five decks of shuffled cards, complete with Jokers included. All other supplies will be provided. It's an excellent opportunity to expand your card game repertoire and enjoy an engaging social activity.
Solving puzzles provides a great way to exercise your brain. You may think of Sudoku as a crossword puzzle with numbers. In this introductory course you will learn a logical and systematic approach to filling in the squares, even for some difficult puzzles. Then the class will have fun completing a Sudoku together. Remember to bring your thinking cap!
