Lose for Life

This comprehensive six-week course is designed to help you manage a healthy weight for life. Lose for Life is both an educational and support-focused program that meets weekly to explore key topics such as nutrition, exercise, and sustainable lifestyle changes. You'll gain the information, tools, and encouragement needed to lose weight and/or maintain a healthy weight. Research shows that support groups can significantly boost motivation, accountability, and long-term success—helping you stay on track and reach your goals.
