Lose for Life

A comprehensive, 6-week course to help you manage a healthy weight for life! This education and support group meets weekly to address topics such as; nutrition, exercise and sustainable lifestyle change. 'Lose for Life' will provide you with the information and tools you need to successfully lose weight and/or maintain a healthy weight. It is well documented that support groups can help you to stay motivated, accountable and on track to achieve your goal!
