This course is an introduction to couple's massage. You will learn technique-by-technique how to massage, starting with applying oil or lotion and warming up muscles, to working out knots and deep tissue massage. In this interactive class, the massage routine is broken into various steps to make it easy to grasp. A partner is required for this class (both participants must register and pay for the course).
This is great class for couples and even friends who could benefit from a good back and neck rub.
Note: Please bring (1) bed-sized pillow per couple to class. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing that is soft to the touch since you will be using your hands to massage over clothing.
