Traditional treatment of periodontal (gum) disease may involve tooth removal, deep cleanings, and/or surgical treatment. Sometimes this results in loss of chewing ability, pain, gum recession, or excessive tooth sensitivity. This class presents an alternate treatment option using the Periolase laser. This could be a cost-effective, non-invasive approach to treat severe periodontal disease.
